Library 
Students have many opportunities to develop leadership skills throughout their time at Carmel.
At the start of each year every form class elects a Class Captain, a Student Sports Representative, a Student Council Representative and a Student Liturgy Representative. These students provide support, liason and organise activities for their class under the guidance of the Year 13 leadership team.

Nominations are called for the following key Year 13 leadership roles from the current Year 12 students in Term 4 each year.

Other Leaders - with the Head Girls and House Captains these students form the Year 13 student leadership team. They support the head girls and take on a range of management, mentoring and guidance roles within the school.


Board of Trustees Student Representative - elected each year from the current Year 11 to 13 students. Nominations open in August.

Other Senior Leaders - more opportunties for younger Seniors to take on leadership roles.
